you must destroy all materials obtained from the Site and all copies of
such materials, whether made under the terms of these Terms of Use or
otherwise.
APPLICABLE LAWS. These Terms of Use, and the rights and
obligations of you and TEN-E hereunder, shall be governed by, and
construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota. You
further agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and TEN-E
arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site
shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent
jurisdiction sitting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and you hereby expressly
and irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
